You can join the Samarines (route SL TF 292) walking route from outside the apartment.
Playa del Socorro is a few steps away from the apartment. This beach is good for children and there are some beach umbrellas made from wood built into the sand.
Playa de Lima is 1 km from the apartment. You can enjoy great views from the beach but it is not recommended for swimming due to the current.
Playa de Viuda is 1.7 km from the apartment. Its a black sand beach with easy access.
Playa de Samarines is 2 km from the apartment. This beach is accessible by foot only, making it a great choice if you prefer more secluded and private beaches.
El Socorro de Güímar is well connected to the rest of the island with access to the TF-1 highway a few minutes drive away.
There are also two large supermarkets a few minutes drive away (Mercadona and HiperDino) and a Lidl and petrol station a little further down the road.
The town of Güímar is just 6km away with its historical buildings, local produce market on a Sunday, friendly locals and good choice of bars and restaurants.
